Yes. These Terms apply to every account holder regardless of city. Access to the platform depends on local law, and by registering you confirm that participation is permitted in your specific region of Indonesia.

Accounts found to have violated any clause — including multiple-account creation or payment fraud — may be suspended immediately. We notify you by email, and you have the right to submit a counter-statement via the escalation form within seven days.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are placed on hold during an active account review. Once the review concludes and your account is cleared, pending withdrawals are processed in the standard order — usually within one business day.

We review and update our Terms quarterly at minimum. Every revision is announced by in-account notification and email at least seven days before it takes effect. Continued use of your account after that date confirms acceptance.
